How can you help the server? (Min 225 Words): I am a experienced server developer, I want to make this clear, I do NOT code custom plugins, my job is to run/maintain the server, make sure all the plugins are working well, configuring new/existing plugins, manage the staff team, I usually hold the staff meetings, And I am usually a project leader when a project is underway.
How long have you been playing Minecraft for?: Since 1.4
How much experience do you have being a Developer? (Min 150 Words): I owned my own server for 3 months called BasicPrison and I also worked for another prison server calls DDTS for 4 months as head-admin.
Proof of work?: Again, I don't code custom plugins.
Any Additional Information? (Optional): I can efficiently and quickly setup a fully functional teamspeak server with groups and private channels.

Previous Staff Experience: Owned 1 prison server called BasicPrison and worked as head-admin for another prison server called Dont Drop The Soap Prison for 5 months. I am very competent with using FTP and other bukkit/spigot essentials.
How Long Have You Been Playing Minecraft?: Since 1.4
How Can You Benefit The Server (At Least A Paragraph): I can bring alot of knowledge to the network, I am highly experienced in configuring plugins, also I am able to manage and maintain a server alone if need be and I can also build a server from ground up which is what I love to do, I enjoy being a project leader if I am participating in a project and I LOVE working on prison servers especially.
Why Are You The Best Person For This Role (At Least A Paragraph): Although my application may not be great, my work will for sure make up for it.

Why are you applying? I want to help the server grow and become a great community.

Experience: I owned my own prison server before which ran for about 5 months, I also worked as Admin/Developer on another prison server for around 3-4 months, I am highly experienced in configuring plugins, and just with bukkit/spigot overall.

Why should I personally choose you over any other applicant? Although my application may not be great, my work will for sure make up for it.

FYI the staff on this server are really disrespectful, I was offered admin by 1 owner and then I got OP taken from me and when I tried to explain I was given admin they all laughed and were just being rude in general, I wouldn't go on this server.

Why do you want to become staff on our server?: I am not sure what gamemodes you are wanting to release but my main reason to become admin would to be project leader of a Prison server, I have owned a prison server and been an admin for a prison server so I have alot of experience with making and maintaining them, I have alot of cool ideas that most servers dont even have yet that I would love to introduce. I am also looking to further increase my skills in server maintenance.
