Why do you want to help: I love to build. I haven't been able to get on a server to build for in awhile, and I'm hoping I can here soon. Maybe this is the one.

6. Why would you make a good theme park builder? - I would make a good builder for this because I enjoy to help others with these kind of things. I've built for many servers, but unfortunately most have shut down. I am currently unable to find anyone who will reply, and I want to build. I love building, but I am now at that point of "desperation" where I can't just build for myself anymore. I need to build for and even with someone else.

I do ask that while I'm building, I'm the only one working on my build, although advice is always appreciated. I also ask that you show respect. I will do so from the get-go.

Why do you want to join?: I love building, and I haven't really built for or with anyone in a long time. I've been trying to get on servers to build for them, but so far nothing is going.
In a scale of 0/10 how mature are you?: 9.25
In a scale of 0/10 how good are you at building?: 8.5
Could you host us a small server?(Doesnt need alot of slots): Yes, but I can't do plugins atm. Still figuring them out.
Extras (Optional): I ask that you respect me (I will respect you off the get-go). I also ask that unless otherwise needed or I state differently, I can focus on my build without someone else building on it. I am open to advice, but unless need be, please let me do my own builds.

Experience: I have been building professionally for two years now. I have built for many different servers (unfortunately most have shut down). I can build medieval, decorated/fancy buildings, rustic, hubs, statues, and somewhat modern. Oh, and not to toot my own horn, but I am a total genius when it comes to redstone and a half genius with command blocks. I also have tons of experience with WorldEdit.

I would like to note that if I am accepted, I have a few terms, which most servers meet easily. First of all is WorldEdit. Need it. Secondly, I ask that when I am building, only I am the builder. I am open to suggestions, advice, and occasionally help, but unless I say otherwise, please let me be the one builder of the build. Finally, I ask for respect. Off the get-go I will respect you all, but I ask for that in return.

It's okay, not too bad. Since you're using window details, I would go a bit larger. I would also focus on making the entire building flow a bit better (good color pallet, making some sharp edges stairs, etc.). Also add in a bit more detailing to the walls if you want it fancy.

Another sidenote: I am pretty handy with redstone and I can create that kind of thing for you guys if you wish help in that area, too.

There are a couple conditions I have that most servers and their people are easily able to meet. One is that you have WorldEdit (MUSTMUSTMUST HAVE). Secondly, I ask that when I am building/have built something, only I may be the editor (this does not mean I don't take advice on how/what I should build. I welcome advice. However, I ask that I am the only one building the build unless I ask for a helping hand). Finally, I ask that you treat me with respect. I will treat you with respect from the get-go, but if I'm not treated with respect, I will refuse to help.
