Previous Experience: mod on 3 different servers including mineplex and administrator on an old network called runecraft that shut down

Maturity: my friends tell me i am quite mature , but still like to joke around a bit so out of 10 ,maybe 8

A player says that "McPlayer420" has xray, you tp to him in /v and see him continously finding diamonds.
How would you handle the situation?: Treat it with suspicion and if I then see at his base , tempban 1 hour and report whilst I sort it out.

A staff member who has a higher rank than you is abusing, what do you do?: report , if he/she has a higher rank that me there isnt much I can do , and I just cant go around banning higher ranked staff because people may think I am abusing.

Why do you want this rank?: I want this rank so that I can help people , to give me the tools to keep cheaters out and fair players in.

How would you help the server?: I could help the server by providing an experienced moderator, joking around a bit , and most importantly , helping the players enjoy the server

"McPlayer420" is back, he is being racist to a player, how do you handle the situation: straight perm ban , racism is illegal in most countries

Why do you want to join this SMP:i want to join this SMP because smp is just so fun because it has how fun singleplayer survival is , but ading more players and it just makes it 10 times better
Why do you think you're a good match for this SMP: I think im a perfect match for this SMP because I know my stuff when it comes to SMP and I think it will be a lot of fun

Why you want to join the server:
I want to join the server because I love smp servers , they are just so fun because unlike a singleplayer world ,you can team up with other people to create huge things and most of all , pranks , they are really fun to do especially with someone else so that is why I want to join .
What would you do on the server
I would do redstone , start up a decent spawn town and build some shops ( i am more of a community guy on smp)

Whats A SMP?
An SMP is basically a regular survival singleplayer world , just on a server which means other people can join.
