Skills- Calm mind. Fun and outgoing personality. I'm a selfless freak.
Past Experience(If any)-I've been playing minecraft for 5+ years now. I've been staff numerous times over the years. I was Admin on a pvp server for a year and senior admin on one of the biggest Tekkit server at one point. I've been staff on other games as well. Management and coordinating are things I can do well. I've also had my own server. Nothing big.
Maturity(1-10)- 9. Have to save the 1/10 for fun =P
Do you work well with others?- Very! Teamwork is a must when staffing.
Personality(What type of person are you?)- Fun, easy going and outgoing. I'm a really nice person and I love making new friends. I have a really good charisma.
What makes a good staff member?- I think a persons personality does and how good they can communicate with their fellow team members. I also think being a bit lax is also a must. No one likes a stick in the mud. Staff should be able to be staff and an individual at the same time.
How many hours will you be available to dedicate to the server and the community?- Mostly all my time except 8am-4pm (Sometimes 8am-12pm if work is slow)
