Bans?: One or two in my early days of Minecraft (Back in beta 1.2_0.2)

Why: I have been staff on many servers before but none really made me want to stay so after a while I left (I found someone too replace me first :L) I am looking for a nice server where I can stay and staff full time. I am good with plugins and players love me I help out a lot and I also record videos and upload them to YouTube with my Gaming Team DarkageGamers so we can advertise your server quite a bit. We are however just getting started so views and subscribers aren't in the many But when we do your server will attract attention! I am in a different time zone to most so this could help the server. I am 16 and I am just about to finish school so I can be on even more!

M: GMT 2pm - 10:30pm
T: GMT 12pm - 1am
W: GMT 11am - 10:30pm
T: GMT 3pm - 10:30pm
F: GMT 1pm - 4pm as I have a youth club, then 11:30pm - 4am
S: 11am - 2am
SU: 2pm - 5pm then 8pm - 10:30pm

Any other experience or ideas for the server that you think is relevant: I beta tested this server for a while but i had some PC problems, they are all fixed now! I have been Ops and other ranks on other servers however I haven't been a guard as the need has never arisen, I would love to help and did help a lot with the beta testing. I was even one of the quickest to escape! xD

Who, if anyone, recommended you: I guess I recommended myself? :L But seriously no-one recommended me

reason to pick me xD: I love playing servers and being admins, it gives me a chance to help people and punish those who do not follow rules. I have been on many servers and have gotten to the Admin rank and they have been very pleased with me. I am a great builder, very mature and polite, im good at plugins and commands and good at leading. I would LOVE to be part of you team. It seems like its going to be very successful and i wish you the best of luck with it in the meantime
