1. BlueXephos - I find them extremely entertained and they make you want to watch more
2. Ethoslab - He creates many cool inventions in Minecraft for his survival series and it really does get quite interesting
3. SethBling - An amazing redstoner that can really create some random, but amazing inventions
4. Hypixel - My favourite redstoner that makes adventure maps that look impossible to do.
5. VintageBeef - He creates amazing houses in Minecraft. If you saw his Mindcrack series, you'll notice how awesome his houses are and what he's gotten to with his village

If you have/had worldguard, you might've done /region flag __global__ mob-spawning deny. If you did, just delete the config. Another thing that you can do is to delete your server.properties file and redo it.

NoCheatPlus and AntiCheat Block it. He was flying, speed hacking, and Speed mining. My server always blocks hackers and inform me. This time it didn't

Why: I deserve staff because I am known on how to run a server. I've previously owned 1 server and currently have one open right now but, that doesn't answer the question the question quite right although, It does tell you how I understand how you treat players. How you help them and what you do in incase there is a server issue or emergency. I am also very experienced with Adobe Photoshop. I can make a server banner to advertise.

How would you make a good staff member: I'm known on how to run a server (just like it says above). I am also experienced on how to setup permissions, and how many server plug-ins/ commands work.

Timezone: Mountain

How long can I be on daily: Since I have my own server to run, I may only be able to come on at 2 hours at the most on weekends and about 1 hour on weekdays (maybe even 30 minutes).

Try Castle Conquer. It's a PVP map where there are 2 teams. One of them has to protect the castle from the other. The game is up to 12 players.

Terrible idea. If server owners have someone banned, people can simply change their name and get on no problem. You wouldn't be able have any control over players that are noting but trouble makers.
