Do you have any experience of being staff if so state a server? Yes I do, I have been a member of staff in 3 servers now, although there is only one that is currently 'up' which is Vita.us
What is your timezone? Australian Eastern Standard Time
How many hours per day or week will you be spending on the server? Around 12-16 per week although I have a few school assessments and exams coming up so I might not be able to spend as much time as I would like.
Why should I choose you to join our staff team (Make it long)? Well, I'm not the most experienced staff member but if you choose me I will commit myself to the server and help it out as much as possible. If I am not currently on the server I would probably be writing good reviews/ rating the server, advertising it (If that is what you would wish me to do), on minechat helping players and making sure they are all following the rules or coming up with new ways to improve the server!
If someone is in need of help I would drop everything I am doing to help them. I don't mind if it is a personal problem that they need to talk about or just a minecraft problem, I will commit myself to finding a solution for them. If I do not know the answer to a really technical minecraft problem, I will search the whole internet if I have to to find an answer, this will not only help the person but help me to help others!
I am quite stern when It comes to following the rules though, I have also never been banned from a server and do not plan on getting banned anytime soon. If someone is not following the rules I will happily take matters into my own hands but if the problem becomes to serious, I will report to you or someone a higher rank then me. If any of the staff are not following the rules/bend the rules/ abuse their powers, I will report them straight away and keep a close eye on them to make sure they are kept in line. Although before I do that I will ask them politely to stop, give them warnings, and then report to you.
I would also give regular updates to you to inform you on how the players are behaving, which ones to be cautious of, and the general gist of the servers.
If you give me a task I will try my best to get it don't quickly and efficiently, but if there is a long term project I don't mind helping out!!!
Experience: Already listed above ^^^^ in experience of staff section.
Plugin Experience: I have had a bit of experience with plugins but not much due to the lack of information given by servers if which plugins they use. But if I am accepted as I staff member it would be great of you to give me the plugin names so I can research them and learn how to use all of them with ease.
