This may sound bad, but being quite inactive can help. So that your uploads become rare, and also make your supporters eager for a skin from you. BUT, that being said, I recommend you to not do this, yet(it'll happen eventually). If you feel motivated to make skins every day, do it. Later when you're burnt out, you'll want that feeling back. I'm telling you I went through the same thing, except it wasn't about downloads. It was solely about how active I was, hahah. I deeply regretted forcing myself to stop uploading and skinning after I lost complete motivation. You should make skins whenever you want and upload whenever you want. The attentions and diamonds will come gradually to you. These 'crazy active' days are obscure. Consider yourself happy, actually. Look at me! I hardly manage to upload once a week!

imo your skins are great and you shouldnt worry about downloads/views or anything as long as you enjoy making skins <3

i think that, nowadays, the whole trend is aesthetic (like namemc style) skins or meme-ish skins? that's usually what i see on namemc-

it's quite sad though because the skins that are more complex/that had even more time spent into making them kind of get neglected ;w;
