What position am I applying for: Head admin/admin/head-mod/configuartor

Tell us something about yourself: I know how to configure plugins, trouble shoot them and I know how to deal with issues in the server and can do so much with the players to make the server fun and a safe environment.
Why do want to be staff on this server?: I feel like I can help you and the staff plus keep the community for all ages and having it safe and fun.
Do you have any past experience: I have run 2 servers. I have been co-owner on another one. I have been head/lead developer on more than a handful of servers.
How long can you be on ever week?: 10-30 hours a week depending what is going on
What can you do that other can’t?: Nothing, I don't brag about myself and do not know what I do better.

What position are you applying for: plugin configurator or another staff position that you see fit.

Why should we accept you for this position: I have the knowledge and do not want to be on a server that dies in a week, I like that you are dedicated and I will do my best to help you with whatever you need. I know lots of commands and how staff shold react to situations. I have owned two and ran many staff teams.

What experience do you have with this position: I have been developer on multiple servers also have owned 2 servers that lost community and my funding wasn't there to make it great. I have also been admin/Head-admin on another server but lost interest in the skyblocks server. So I respectively stepped down.

Do you have any examples of your work (Only for Development Team): I know how to configure just about any plugin, and if I don't know it then I research to learn the plugins.

How well would you rate your skills as the rank you've chosen and why? - 8, Well a developer always learn something new as each and every server and owner run and operate differently.

Can you code? - Not really
Are you good at Plugin Configuration & Solving bugs and finding fixes? - Yes, I can just about configure and setup plus troubleshoot plugin errors

How well do you think you will do your job as a Moderation / Administration Staff Member and why? - 8, We all have issues that end up doing something wrong. I think I will do it to your standards or above your standards, but if I screw up. I will personally explain what and why I did what I did as well as step down from my rank.

Do you have any previous experiences of being a Mod or Admin? - Yes, I have owned a server. I have been head developer as well as admin, moderator, premod and head-admin on other servers. They all closed due to funding and issues with no community.

Are you willing to be a dedicating individual to our staff team? - I will be there to help all the people, owner, and other staff as well as whatever else I can do. I will always be a few minutes away from getting on if need be.

What makes you a reliable asset to our staff team?- I have owned 2 servers (closed due to community and funding) I have developed multiple servers and have staff knowledge. I know you do not want to read a billions paragraphs so here you go. I know when to be professional and how to help out staff with issues.

How well do you think you will do your job as a Moderation / Administration Staff Member and why?- I personally think you will love me as a staff member, I get along with everyone and make the community feel safe. But if you do not like how I take action with issues, I will willingly step down from my position.

Do you have any previous experiences of being a Mod or Admin?-
Yes multiple places until they closed due to no money or were shut down due to no players. I have been head admin, Head Developer, as well as admin.

Are you willing to be a dedicating individual to our staff team?-
Yes I will be available in one of 3 ways Skype, Minecraft or minechat. All of these will be 24/7 support. Minecraft will be a good 5-10 hours at times, then I have minechat on my phone to pick up times I'm away from my computer.

I have owned and operated servers in the past but closed them from not having the community

Why should you be Admin/Community Manager on The Cyber-Spider Network?
I know how to use mcbans and multiple banning plugins. I know when and how to solve multiple issues, I am also very good at configuring plugins and setting up plugins within a reasonable amount of time.

How often can you be online and how long a day?
depends how many you need, I can do just about any time from 5pm-8am with computer/minechat
