Availability: I am able to be on for hours on end as I have lots of free time on my hands. I manage my time very effectively, so you can rely on me being online for how ever long you need me. Of course, I sometimes have to run errands or go out sometimes, but I will inform you about any of that and will make up any work I will miss. I take this all very seriously, so without your trust and my dedication, this won't work out. Without your faith in my presence and work, I would not imagine working for your network. I need you to trust me on this, as I give my word to be working very hard. Trust me on being there when you need me, and being dedicated to my role on the server.
What potential do you see in the Byte that you think you can build upon to produce successful events, if it isn't present what can we do, or what can you do to help us achieve it?
I see a lot of good things in the Byte Network that could help me effectively do my role on the server. I feel confident and ensured that your team will help me create inspiring feats on the server. I truly believe I can build upon your network, and encourage others to help out as well. You seem to have plenty of publicity on Youtube, but I could find ways to make server wide events that will bring the whole community closer together and to relieve veteran player's interest and motivation to keep playing on the server. With all your experienced plugin developers, builders, and managers, I could create events that will exponentially grow player traffic and maybe the server donations. I have some ideas of holiday events, anniversary events, tournaments, sales, and new features that could be added to expand gameplay. I will make sure there would be always something to strive for when playing the network. It would be so complicated and infinite, no player could ever say that they have nothing else to accomplish. I see that you are helping brain cancer research, as this could be a good way to motivate player's into helping the cause, and maybe bring some good word on the server name. Your youtube publicity would grow after some time, so why not take advantage of it now? You could induce BETA Tests and have players tell their friends about this new network coming up to the minecraft community. Youtubers could film preplanned games and events that could get their subscribers to get on the server. I believe that to get to another person's interest, you have to go through to the people they enjoy the most, as their favorite youtubers, or their best friends. I will ensure that the environment is very friendly. If accepted, I will preplan many server wide contests and games, such as art contests, map contests, idea contest, many you could think of! Prizes could be drawn to any player that wins in an event or game, which would encourage others to play and try to win prizes of their own. I am currently brainstorming ideas as I write my application right now. I have edited this several times so I add it everything you need to know about me and what I intend to do for you. With me on your team, you can sit back and watch me bring the whole server together and create many opportunities for your network to grow.
Please describe the efforts that you plan on pursuing with the Byte?I plan on creating events and tournaments that will bring more players online and playing, as well as relieve veteran player's thoughts of the server becoming boring. This means, any player new or old, will have just as much fun as everyone else. I would ensure fair gameplay and contests, making sure the best win without cheating or exploiting. I plan on involving the whole community in participating, as it would let them have a sense of teamwork and companionship, maybe creating new friendships or bonds, and making the server a fun environment for any age group to play on. I would ensure that no player gets left behind on all the fun, and that any group of people will be interested in playing the server as long as they are able. Holiday events, tournaments, contests, and lots of new features will be expected to come if you rely on me. I would work tirelessly to come up with new ideas of creating more player traffic and increase in donations. I could even intend on creating new minigames or server ideas, as well as helping conduct and see that all staff members are doing their fair share of work. I would multi-task and be able to work on many new features at once. Depending on the time of year, I could arrange server wide holiday theme events, and maybe get a little festive with the many builds on the server. I intend on having the community play a role on the future of the server, as they could create maps, skins, worlds, or simply come up with a brand new idea for a new minigame or game type. Getting the player's involved is the best way to go. NO player will feel like they don't have to participate in anything. Of course they wouldn't be forced into participating, but I believe they will strongly like what I have planned in store. With me, you can always rely on having new features bringing up new faces on the network.
Do you have the ability to produce highly professional events and concepts?I do believe I have the ability to produce the most professional and fun events that this server will see. I am a strong dedicated player, with many hobbies and ideas that could truly grow the server. I have a great creative outlet, which I take pride in, and love to work with young and aspiring networks to grow their player base and revenues. I love to be around the community and be a friend to many players, which makes me very sincere to do this role on your network. As a minecraft veteran, I know what makes a server look very professional and fun, as well as how it could appeal to all players. I am a high school student who is looking in on a career in computer technology and computer science, and I think this would be a good experience to see how a professional server is coded and developed. I am a very intelligent and chill person, and I love that all my hobbies could really help out a person in need. Not just for the cancer research, but to brighten up someone's day, make them have something to wake up early in the morning to do. I know how it feels to be bored, left out, and ignored, and Minecraft really helped me get back on track. I take mind of personal experiences, which I use in my many ideas, and experiences of other players, looking to create new, original concepts to this network. I watch a lot of youtube, and you can base every player's interest off of the youtubers they subscribe to. Looking into youtube videos can help give a rounded idea of what player's enjoy and look for in a network. I truly believe I can pass do great things for the network, and am really confident in myself. If I didn't think I was capable, I wouldn't be applying right now, as it would be a waste of your time and my time. I truly believe that this server has the potential to becoming great, and with the right concepts and ideas, it would make that dream a reality. That said, I will gladly brainstorm ideas and fun concepts that could lighten up a player's day and help create more revenue in server wide donations, truly helping brain cancer research, while ensuring fun gameplay for all to enjoy.
