Hey, finally somebody with the same views as me about how to set a server up. I like that you want to start building foundations before you recruit anybody. Also, servers that are 100% ready when released always do better than those that are not. Anyway, I'm going to apply here for future reference.

Prior experience: Over the years I have gotten around. I have worked for big name servers, and some small projects to help someone in need. I can code in the following languages: HTML, CSS, PHP. I'm aware that's a pretty small list which is why I am going to get to work on C++ and Javascript soon. The servers that you may of heard of are: Empire Craft, Insanity Network, and VenomPVP, All of which average over 75+ players a day (I achieved admin+ role on each of these servers). Anyway, you may also think that this list is short too. However, I think that this makes me a loyal staff member because I am willing to stay and help for... well, a long while. Also, with summer coming up I think now is the best time to start up a community!
How can your presence benefit the server?: I don't have many "haters" because I am an extremely likable person. I'm laid back, hard working, loyal, and ready to have a laugh, but don't get this twisted... you fail to follow the rules and I'll come down on you like a ton of bricks. Since this is a new network, I'm guessing there are going to be a lot of testing with configuration and what not... well I've configured servers so many times that I can do it in my sleep. I even have a folder full of 1.8.x compatible plugins all configured to my liking. I enjoy creating Enjin websites too because of the choice to use their GUI or use your own coding skills. In-fact, I have made many Enjin websites and am willing to make one for you. Of course, I'd pay the first month advanced days on the house.
Anything else?: I live in London, England (GMT +0) so whether you are Australian, or American our paths will cross at some point. I havn't really got a bad PC so I can record using a full payed version of Bandicam. I can Edit using a full version of Sony Vegas Pro 13. I can take custom sized screenshots using the Lightshot application. And, I am available to take Skype calls most of the time. And for what it's worth, feel free to backup your server before giving me any permissions. If you take me into consideration for your server, NovaMC, I'll be online at least 6 hours a day. Finally, I have recently found out that I am not actually that bad at making skins and will be making them in my spare "spare" time from now on.
If you are anything like me you'll be a little cheesed that I did not follow your application template. So, I apologize for that, but I do like to explain myself in few questions rather than more... it makes what I am writing seem less standard.
[P.S] I like the name of your server, very professional. It beats all these other servers calling themselves "chocolate craft" and what not
