What can you do for our server:
I currently own 500 dollars or better of premium plugins and know how to configure and modify each and every one. If you give me a plugin to configure and it is a plugin that i have never seen before, I intantly begin researching what it does and exactly how to configure it in order to make it much better to help both the player and staff experience
Why do you want staff?:
I want staff because i know that i can help this server greatly, although this application is short, my work within configs would put you in awe. I always do my best to make anything better for anyone. Any time i am asked to do something i instantly begin doing it and try my absolute hardest to do it to perfection. I feel that i bring a great deal to the table and could help this server an incomprehensible amount as the developer.

What experience do you have in PvP-
i am in extremely large pvp based factions on several factions servers, and am extremely good at shooting a bow and strafing an opponent until they give up

Do you have any staff experience-
i have held a helper position on the server known as pika-network for a good while, i am a dev on a small server that i only work behind the scenes very little on, and i am a jr. mod on an up and coming server that is still under development

Why should we hire you?-
you should hire me because i love working for servers. I have always looked for a position where pvp was part of the position because in most servers staff are forbidden from pvp. I am extremely mature and hardworking, and if i need to get something done, i do not rest until it is done to perfection

A player threatens to set off TNT in a highly populated area, what do you do?-
Quickly inform a band of people that i plan on forming and remove the tnt and the player in an extremely quick and quiet manner so as to prevent chaos from ensuing

Have you had staff experience on other servers?: I have a lot of experience as staff including developer on 2 servers, head admin on 2, manager on 1 and I used to own my own network

Why do you want to be staff, and why you should be:I want to be staff because I believe that I could help this server grow in amazing ways I will always be helpful and do everything I can to the best of my abilities no matter what, I have always been able to make servers grow by at least 10 to 20 commoners no matter what as long as I can do what I need to

What could we do to make the server better: What you could do to make the server better is possibly add drugs to make it more of a fun server you could have dps at certain amounts of players add the crates plus plugin and have dps on a certain day of the week, I also know good donor perks to add and many other things

Experience and general knowledge: I have ran my own server have been staff on 4 servers only one still running will send it if you want. I also have my own custom coded plug-ins

I am applying for whatever staff rank you think I would fit in

My experience is I have been staff on 3 no longer running servers. I have custom coded plug-ins and have had my own failed server

What I would do if someone advertised is tell them to stop a few times if they persist then temp mute them if they persist after the mute perm mute
