10-35 Staff on a new server. Jesus. That will he hectic. You dont need to have global/server staff... Just have them be all global...

Your server is going to go to hell. If you want to be successful, I'd start out with you, a trusted Admin, and a Mod or two.

But that's none of my business.

Lol. You said you went to Georgia Tech? They should be shut down if they let someone in with your type of grammar.

Lastly Georgia Tech TECHNOLOGY ( No such thing as development and coding there ), does not teach you anything about Java HML or CMD relating to Minecraft... Therefor you would have no understanding of Minecraft development/coding.

You classify yourself as a "pro builder", which is the cockiest thing I have ever seen, especially since I can tell you're lying.

Also, you do know developing isn't setting up PermissionssEx, right? It is creating a server from the inside out. I bet you do not know one thing about code, which irritates me because there are some good coders out there who worked hard to learn what they do, and now you claim you are one of them.

Fix your grammar, stop lying to PMC and don't talk like a robot, and maybe, just maybe you'll get staff on a server that will last for 3 weeks.

His other thread sounded a bit more professional, tho i doubt he is. He claims to be 22 years old and mature, i highly doubt he is 22 as this is the converation i had with him...

*Mabe you didn't read the thread i linked you too, but the server is in development. there is currently no beta testing allowed for anyone as things still are being put togather.

Wow this is sad. He also claims he went to Georgia Tech for 4 years. He says his wife took his ID, hahaha! I love children on PMC, it honestly makes my day sometimes.

previous experience(unlike a lot of server owners, I judge really hard on this one):
I have moderated on one server : minebattle.com (70+ players daily, abandon by server owners, now 10-20 daily)

And administrated on one server : minehut.com (200+ players daily, server shut down and owner created http://www.prohost.gs)

This might not seem like a lot of experience, but it is because of the loyalty I had to the few servers I worked for. I dedicated a lot of time to them. These two servers have helped me develop skills that will continue to help me on future staff teams, as they taught me team work, loyalty, and decision-making.

Why Pick you?:
To begin with, I can assure you that I go above and beyond in everything I do. From simple mishaps in the chat, to crucial server decisions, I put in an honest effort and try my best to be the most efficient, and helpful person I can be. I am a person of honesty, integrity, and leadership. People often tell me I am a good peoples person, which I proudly thank them for. My communication skills have always been a big part of my previous work as a staff member, and I continue to grow in this area, day by day.

I could go on and on about how I would be the best choice of staff, but I believe it really comes down to the persons dedication towards what they work for. I think of myself as a natural leader, who will guide those around me in a direction with purpose, which is important in someone who is on a staff team.

What can you do for the server?: I can come up with brilliant original/unique to help the server, and make efficient decisions when needed. I know what game modes/plugins will benefit the server, and can see things that are slowing down or hurting the server. I can offer time and loyalty.

if you mentioned a server you staffed for in the past on "previous experience" then tell me why you don't staff there anymore(yes all of them): I already mentioned why they were shut down, but both of them were abandon by their owners, so I had no choice but to leave.

Why do you think you deserve this rank?: I think I am qualified to be a part of the staff team on the server because of my maturity and dedication towards my job. Although I like to have fun, I am very mature, whether I am a player or staff member. I have knowledge of how to run a server beyond just enforcing the rules, kicking/banning players, and being active on the forums/website. I am great with management, and know the inside and out of the server setup, including permissions, plugins, debugging, and a little bit of code. I am very available, as I can always be contacted by Skype. Outside of the server, I am reliable with getting and finishing tasks, and resolving solutions. Being a staff member isn't about the power or perks, its about setting an example and keeping the environment peaceful. It's about communicating with players and making them feel like they belong to a community. I hate to see players complaining about being bored on a server, and this can be resolved by simply conversing with them, or suggesting ideas. My leadership comes with reliability, maturity, responsibility, time, and commitment.
What can you bring to the table? I can bring fresh ideas, things that will spark up the server. I have helped servers grow to points they never thought they could grow, and would like to contribute to what is next.
There will be some time before the server actually opens, Are you willing to wait until its officially published to open?: Yes.
Anything else I should know?: I've been playing Minecraft for 3 years, and have been on the administration team for a few very successful servers, including McGamer, Minehut, and Minebattle.
How long will you be on the server on the average day?: On average, around 3 hours. With my wavy schedule, you can except some random days to be limited to only 1 or 2 hours, or perhaps expanded to the whole day.

You don't even know what those ranks involve. Why would you need a "Trusted" if you're trying to make a server that will be successful. Honestly... Start off with you, someone to help develop, and two people whom you already know to moderate.
