This Ghast got infected by a virus named Lorensis-1. It makes more blood causing the blood vessels to thicken and burst out of the skin. The blood vessels in the victim's eyes start bleeding. The only place that the blood can come out is its gills so it starts bleeding. Now the ghast can't breather under-lava because it's gills are full of blood. Eventually, the virus will deactivate the Immune system. That way the ghast won't be able to kill other viruses or bacteria. The Fully-Infected-Ghast will slowy but surely die.
