BiomeCraft v1.9




BiomeCraft is a mod that adds 12 new biomes to Minecraft. They all have different, cool features. Information about each biome is below. If you have any ideas, please comment! This is v1.9, so much more to come! If you like this mod, please give me a diamond. Thanks!


The Biomes

Lava Biome: Filled with lava on the top, and under it stone. Ghasts spawn here, so watch out! I suggest you to run away from this biome all together.

Sheep Paradise: Full of sheep, layered with wool, and under that, stone. Have fun with the sheep! There is some tall grass around here so the sheep can eat it.

Dark Lands: Layered with obsidian, making this biome look like a nightmare. Even worse, enderman spawn here. And EVEN worse, under the obsidian is lava. Yikes!

Glass World: Lots of glass! Have fun looking through the world!

Farm Fields: Covered in farmland, and under that is dirt. The great place to farm!

Melon Biome: Covered in ripe watermelons! Enjoy, there is plenty for you to eat! Don't be afraid, I'm sure there's another Melon biome in you world :D

Light Biome: Layered in glowstone! Full of rays traveling at 186,000 miles per second!

Ice Lands: Covered and filled with ice. The perfect place for a nice ice skate!

Pumpkin Biome: Same as the melon biome, except with pumpkins!

Ender Biome: An easy way to stock up with endstone! Covered and filled with endstone!

Nether Biome: A living hell. Covered and filled with netherrack.

Wooden Fields: Like a forest, except the ground is covered and filled with wooden planks! Be careful, don't burn it!

You can even add new Snooze (if possible) which will have, instead of leaves (or instead of wood) diamond or diamond ore block. and those trees would spawn one or two over a wide area. Diamond tree, this is it!

first thing.....great mod....second does it take other biomes out? third u should add some sort of special trees like obsidian for wood and iron ore or something like tht for leaves but for each biom have different trees ...i hope u got tht...but over all great modXD

Just an advice for using modloader. Now you have a mod_ class for each biome. You can put everything in one class, though. Only the BiomeGen... classes have to be separate.

i have an idea why dont u add a aether biome u find it in the sky and aether mobs spawn there but u would need help from the guy who made the aether mod so u could just put aether slime as the mobs the aether slime is just slime but color blue

You could also add the fire biome. Only one thing, there's another mod that adds over 250 biomes. Now he's stuck because 264 is the limit. =P

Melon biome... Replaces the dirt with melon blocks and underneath, stone.                                                Optional:

To make it a little tougher to get the melons, it spawns a rare zombie that is immune to sunlight to gaurd the melons!
