I understand, but this is a pre-dominantly a English website. If it must have other languages, it should be sectioned. Like this:

(Czech here)
(Spanish here)

Something like that, so it is easy for people to sort out what to read.

He created something useful for people who needed a specific language file in order to read what the items where. He made it and it works for them. They're happy. If you don't like the topic, dont read it.

The title "czlang" obviously means that he made a language file for people who speak that language.

This is a mod. Most things do not come with language packs as the developers usually have to depend on Minecraft translating from their native language. While you load it like a resource pack, it supports mods / redoes the languages which 99.9% of resource packs do not.

Ahooooj, SmileycorpMC. Maybe but probably not.. ;) Belongs to the support section of modes. : D In my opinion it's the best fit here. But if the moderator determines otherwise. There is no problem for me to move it to a different section. And otherwise congratulations to the first comment here ;)
