This is another simple mod. This is the mod that makes the enchanting english. There is like a million out aleready. But since i have a mod that will change out the roman numerals. So many pepole thoght is had something to do with the enchanting and english. And i diden't want to put a link in for the english enchanting that someone else had made. I just made my own. I have not stolen any files from anyone so this is my mod.

To install: just drag the content from the zip-file into your minecraft.jar

I've been looking at the other comments, and while they may be negative, thay are true, you shouldn't reply to people like that. This is not a mod, but rather something we can all do at home. In addition, it still makes no sense. If you want to help people, make a program that does this for you. I'm not flaming you but stating a fact.

this is completely useless

That is impossible, if you dident know. The enchantments you get is random, cinda like a random number generator. Thats why they use the different letters. The text has nothing to do with the enchantments you get.
Edit Reply Delete
undead=smite

untouchable=silk touch.

You just need to take notes on what is written, and then what is given... look for similarities and... yea, you CAN tell what enchantment you'll get (did this without your mod btw, simple .png file switching via WinRAR). just wont be able to define if it'll be... say smite I or II, that depends on the lvl of enchant.
Edit Reply Delete
dude i mean make a mod that changes the text so it gets rid of the random number generator

and puts in the enchantment you get!

Edit Reply Delete
if youre going to make this a mod you better make it translate to what enchantment it actualy makes, i minecraft-wiki'ed it and did this myself -_- its so unbelievable simple that you just have to delete one document and copy another into its place -_- this is barely a mod and it deserves NO diamonds

GO HERE! - http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/File:Sga.gif -

This a MODIFICATION* of the pngs within the font folder of your minecraft.jar simply translating the original text to english.

*Mod doesn't mean that some class files got changed or anything like that it just means SOMETHING was changed, for example a png file mabey ;).

But if you are using another texturepack then? You will not have the enchantmant in english!! But if you have it as a mod you can use any texturepack and KEEP the english enchantmant, because it the texturepack wont affect the mod!!!

Next time you shuld THINK before you speak!

No, he is right, this is a texturepack. You can just open the texturepacks folder, and open up the texturpack, then place your "MOD" inside.

But if you install the mod you can just use any texture pack without editing the pack. So it is a cinda a little timesaver. Because it will change the font you can use it both as a mod and a texture-pack. It depends on what you prefer.
