This is not really a mod, because it doesn't contains a class file. It only contains a .txt file. This file contains all splashes, but translated into german. I can't make screenshots of all the splashes, so there are only two pictures.
Before posting stupid comments: The screenshots are from the 1.2.5, but the modification works for 1.3.1!
1. Download the .rar file
2. Extract the .rar file
3. take the file "splashes.txt" out of the extracted folder
4.drag it into :%appdata%/roamig/.minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar/title
5.replace the file there
6.launch Minecraft.exe
7.have fun!
