The Texture Pack will need MC Patcher which can be found here
(Mac download the .jar Windows get the .exe)

Install Instructions
Windows
- Open up your minecraft.jar with some archiving program
- Find you Lang folder and open it
- Drag and replace the 2 .txt files
- Open up Minecraft and play!
Mac
- Open minecraft.jar with the "Unarchiver" (Free Program off Appstore)
- Find your Lang folder and open it
- Drag and replace the 2 .txt files
- Go back to your bin and delete the original .jar file
- Now rename the folder with the new files minecraft.jar. It will ask if you would like to add the extension, say yes
- Open up Minecraft and Play!
