this mod add counter-strike and some other weapons to the game. (USP, TEC-9, DESERT EAGLE, SBE 2, SPAS-12, AWP, M249, M4A1, MAG-7, BERRETA, SCAR-20.), its no craftible, but you can put it to your map.

NEW WEAPONS! BERRETA PISTOL, SCAR-20 SNIPER RIFLE, M4A1 CARBINE, MAG-7 SHOTGUN!
also, as a new function now you can press B to take aim. it works on not all weapons.
