I did some more coding and this is the result:

features:

-generates server.properties

-generates white-list.txt

-generates ops.txt

-downloads minecraft_server.jar from minecraft.net

now, its compatible with 1.3.1 , it will let you choose adventure- and hardcore mode

Now you don't need any tutorials to make your own server anymore!

can you please read some comments first, to look for an answer, anyway i dont think i wll be adding bukkit because there are enough programs which do this already. but you can use this to make the server.properties file
