Almost all of the weapons in this mod are in levels (wood, gold, stone, iron...). Here are the kinds:
Dagger - faster and weeker than sword.
Katana - much slower than the sword but also does much more damage.
Spear - launch you some blocks up.
Naginata - the same as spear but slower and does more damage.
Speedagger - an upgrade to the dagger, just make it faster.
Scythe - all the others combined into fast and strong weapon.
And also, with netherite block you can craft a VERY strong bow.
I recommand to use JEI in the first time you play with this mod, because it little hard to explane here but it is realy obvious in the moment you got it.
