This is a mod much like Avaritia in the sense that it adds tons of post-late-game content, like items, mobs, tools, weapons, and dimensions.

I recommend using a mod like JEI. OPM adds tons of crafting recipies that can be a hassle to figure out.

You start by creating a portal frame out of ochre froglights. You can then light the portal using the Phroge Core.

Once you have access to the new Planet Phroge dimension, you will need an Essence Extractor to gain the power of frogs and phroges.

After you've collected enough Phroge Energy with the Essence Extractor, you can start crafting some of the modded Items, the most prominent of which being Phrogenite, the mod's main crafting resource.

You can upgrade Phrogenite into other metals with different uses, like Chaos Essence and Reinforced Phrogenite.

Did I mention bedrock is obtainable?

The end goal of the mod is to kill the Infernus Conundrum, which is currently not implemented entirely! For now, the Index Amalgamate is technically the final boss.

OPM requires Baubles API.
