This was just a little test since it was my first block and NPC mod! Sorry for any glitches, I tested it a lot and changed around things to try to get it right. The NPC spawns randomly and is rare. There is a small chance that you will find him but remember that it was just a test.

Ill check that out to see if it is. All I did was use obsidian as the outer and made the inside 2 blocks in glass

If it can withstand tnt surrounding it completely, than I would expect it to be 100% Creeper Proof :)
