This is not a good mod, if it added just the ore in the overworld and then the biome in the dimension it could be better, even if the biome is bad too. It is bad because it is too simple, there is nothing to do with this mod, you just get infinite rubys to make tools or to use the block itself as decoration. You could make other ruby decoration blocks and other biome/fix this biome in order to improve your mod.
