I use patreon to handle subscriptions, I live in a country with restricted payment options aswell so I don't have a lot of to work with when it comes to these stuff. You'd have to see if you can use "wechat" to proccess payments for patreon and as I have no knowledge about it I'd recommend you either search it online or ask patreon support.
As for an option to support me for cheaper without getting some of the exclusive stuff, there is also a much cheaper "lois" tier on my patreon which gives you access to previews and showcases.
