Presenting a Minecraft holiday special project: "Noelle", an original character of mine.

Gender: Female
Word/name: Latin and Old French
Meaning: "Christmas"

Noelle is a feminine given name. It is an English form of the French name Noëlle, which is a feminine form of the name Noël meaning "Christmas" in French. The French word itself is derived, via Old French, from Latin "natalis dies (Domini)" meaning "birthday (of the Lord)". Noelle is a name usually given the day of Christmas, day before, or day after.



Description

Noelle was born on Wednesday, December 24. 2014, the day of this project's upload.  She is depicted as a young, beautiful girl with water blue eyes and ice white hair. She is a happy, cheerful, and tranquil individual, though she is rather shy when approached by strangers.  Her favorite season is winter and her favorite holiday is Christmas; she has an affinity towards the cold.

I wanted to do something related to the holidays, more specifically to Christmas, so I came up with this project.  Took several hours of my life, but it was worth it (I really needed to do something positive...after my dreaded college finals).  Anyways, I hope you all enjoy and appreciate this project!
