The BB 200 locomotive is an electric diesel locomotive owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia made by the General Motors Electro-Motive Division, United States factory with DC-DC power transmission which is currently operating in Indonesia since 1957, although now it is only for shunt purposes. This locomotive is the second model diesel electric locomotive operated by PT KAI after the CC 200.
The CC202 locomotive is a Canadian-made diesel electric locomotive. The company that makes it is Electro-Motive Diesel, Inc. with serial number ED G26MC-2U. The weight of the CC202 locomotive is 108 tons. The CC202 locomotive is used in Indonesia with the Co'Co' axle arrangement. The number of axle arrangements on the CC202 locomotive is six. The bogie used is a C-type high traction type. While the engine Roots blower / Supercharger EMD 16-645E. The engine can work with a power of 2,000 horsepower or 1,500 kW. The CC202 locomotive is used to tow coal-carrying trains. Coal transportation with the CC202 Locomotive is only carried out in South Sumatra.

This 96-ton electric diesel locomotive was ordered by Indonesia for 27 units. The remaining CC 200 locomotive is now in the Ambarawa Railway Museum, namely CC 200 15 which is still well maintained to be preserved. His last two "brothers", CC 200 08 and CC 200 09, have been sent to Balai Yasa Yogyakarta after being declared retired.
