How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

I randomly generated this terrain so there are some more land but DO NOT venture off the island. You may break any blocks and survive however you want to. There are 10 Hidden chests around the map! None are impossible to find. i have cheats on but please do not change your gamemode and spawn stuff in and do not change the time! There are 3 books in the chest when you spawn read them through! Also in the 10 chests there are items you will Need/want. Play on Normal! And this is a 1.4.2 Map!
