"The Grand City of Bardotta"

This is a build I'm working on for a roleplay I had in mind for some historic events that take place in the Empire of Boenya during the late 1800s. I am planning on potentially expanding the city to be two plots long as opposed to the current one. So far there is an apartment block and a generic shipping factory of some kind.
