The Willys MB 1945 Ford GPW was a light utility Jeep used across the varying terrain of the second World War. It was four-wheel drive and used mainly for troop/rations transport. It was produced from 1941 to 1945 and after the war, it was converted into a civilian vehicle, the Jeep CJ. It weighed approximately 2,453 Ib and had a Willys Co. Devil-Engine, which powered nearly every Allied-Powers Jeep. The Ford GPW/Willys MB is arguably the origin of the term "Jeep" . One of the first accounted uses of the word was by Army Mechanics who used it to refer to untried/untested vehicles. This build was quite fun to make, and took around 1.5 hours to make. I hope you like it just as much as I do. All feedback is appreciated!
