I've noticed that a lot of people these days are posting simple bungalows on PMC. So I figured I'd follow the crowd on this one (just this one!) and post one of my bungalows. So here it is. This bungalow was built in 1953 and is located in northeastern Dawson. It features 1 bedroom and a full bathroom. A one car garage was added in 1987. As of now, the house is up for sale by "S and A Reality" because of a lack of space for the growing family that was residing there and that has it up for sale. The house sits on 0.75 acres and is up for sale for $195,600. That seems to be it, hope you like it!
