1960s Motel - Greenfield Replica
This is a replica of the Sol Mar Motel in Florida. Although the floor plan/interior and main exterior focal points aren't the same, I tried mainly to focus on recreating the main exterior. This motel has 14 rooms, and two of the rooms have an attached extra bedroom. The rooms also have a small kitchen and a Juliet porch. The building also hosts a small dining room where morning free breakfast is held, and a small laundry room which also has a small vending machine and ice machine. The parking lot has 21 spaces, and three of them are wheelchair reserved. There is also a small pool, where a lifeguard is always on duty, and a little sitting area with trees, giving it a small shady area.
