Hello and こんにちは！

This world file contains a study abroad adventure where you will navigate your avatar by traveling from the United States to Japan and back. In this scenario, you will be a college student going on a study abroad trip. Along the way, you will learn about culture, culture shock, and more! This simulation is intended to spread awareness of the challenges one goes through when travelling to a new culture.

Note: This map used to be hosted online with mods (bannerboard, etc) so the experience will not be the same, but much of the essence is still there. I suggest watching the YouTube video first, and attempting this adventure with the images from the gallery. (Google searches will help as well along the way if you'd like to learn more about certain topics.)

Download: The version of the map is 1.18 - Please download the world file, unzip it, and place it in your .minecraft/saves folder before running Minecraft. Enjoy in adventure mode for the best experience. *You need to have Minecraft Java Edition to demo the map.
**Using the latest version of Minecraft should be fine, and playing the map in creative mode is okay as well (just be careful to not break anything)

Purpose: This world was done as an educational project and is solely used as such to spread knowledge about culture shock.
