ive made a 11k x 11k map. and want to convert my map with 1.13 features because its still in 1.12
How did you add the 1.13 features?

Make sure to use the 1.13 map format (or whatever it was called now again) when exporting the world.
And also, you need to use the populate layer. populate the entire ocean and paint your desired ocean biomes wherever you want. And keep in mind this method requires you to have your ocean level at the default height. If you don't you can raise the entire map by the number of blocks you need to reach it (assuming you've set the ocean level a little lower). You might end up with mountains with flat tops though if they're like 240 blocks high.
