Ah ha i found a way to make it about 8 times smaller (the number 8 was a guess BTW)
its a little faster
and much more compact
Warning!!!
Wait until all after flipping a lever in either direction so there's time for it to reset the number
It is delacate so DON'T spam levers it will break
and dont have more than one lever down at the same time or it will break
