Welcome to Alairyon

This is a map I have worked on for a long time now, it had started as a possible server or maybe a huge open world adventure map. Still undecided while I am building some structures into the world. Currently only one continent/area has been built on (And I have been building on it for a while) This world is about 3000x3000 blocks created in World Painter (Huge). There is no point in the map where you can see one land mass from another, thats how big it is.

As of now it is still a solo project, one that may take months upon months to complete, but I am sticking by this one for sure.

If you have any ideas or suggestions for me and this map, let me know in a comment or PM me. If I use the idea I will give credit when the project is complete!

Began furnishing buildings, about a quarter of the way done with all that. Added a lot more lush forestry around the continent. Have a couple villages to finish up as well. But Alairyon is close to being finished then I can work on the next city!

I suggest, since this is medieval, making it less... Defined. In other words, don't completely separate the slums from the rest of it. Just make it kind of... Fade into the slums. The houses get smaller, smaller, and then eventually most of it is farm land and farm houses. Just a suggestion.

I thought about that but its highly inspired by World of Warcraft as well, which are all very sectional. I may break down the wall and do that though. Thanks for your suggestion c:
