A redstone display that uses 12 segments to display the entire alphabet. These displays can be layed out in a row to write words with. The memory is arranged in layers to save space but can be layed out horizontally to make programming the display easier (if you want to make one yourself). Feel free to download the schematic and use freely.
If you wish to program words in to the memory that are activated by levers, just replace the levers on the letters with redstone wire and connect up the letters you want. For example, to write 'Hello' just connect the letters H-E-L-L-O (on separate displays) together with redstone and power them with a lever.
If you would like to know how to program the display just leave a comment saying you want to and I will write a tutorial on it. If anyone comes up with any other uses for this 12 segment display I would love to hear them.
