This is my replica of the luxurious Alvear Tower, located in the exclusive neighbourhood of Puerto Madero, in Buenos Aires City.
This slender and futuristic residential building, is 239 meters tall and it has 54 floors, making it the current tallest building in Argentina and the 13th tallest in South America.
It's wide range of amenities includes a gimnasium, a tennis and football court, two swimming pools, a music room, a business center, a spa, a pet's grooming salon, a car wash, a kids playground, a cinema and ski, golf and formula 1 simulators!
It's most distinctive feature is a lookout at the 54th floor, equipped with a fancy bar!
This is my tallest and most ambitious tower yet, reaching a maximum height of 254 blocks above bedrock.
I've just finished the blocking out of the multiple volumes and steps, surrounding the core tower. I made sure that I've achieved the most accurate shapes and proportions that I possibly could and I'm more than satisfied with the ending result...
