Specials = full custom interior, secret mushroom-forest/swamp in the underground
Buildtime = round 40 hours, half of the time for interior and building more details

I so enjoy the idea of a whole city built on such a relatively small plot. That's just awesome. One needs to plan the whole thing a lot ahead so it fits in the limited space. I'm sort of focusing on this because I've just been building on a server with plots too and I managed to cram two builds into 40x40 plots. Now obviously they were not cities, I wasn't that ambitious :)
I also appreciate how much detailed it is.
