In 2013 the founding members of my clan, Dan, Myself, and Minx got together on a now-closed server to build our very first ever clan base on PC Minecraft. many years later I have decided to rebuild this base in modded Minecraft and both a tribute to the clan and a fun project.


A little about the old base

Arcadia island was a circular island in the ocean with an outer wall and seven flaming towers, a large central tower made up the main building of the base with a few small houses and shops built inside the walls. the islands main entrance was a harbor like structure with a gate allowing players to boat right up the to gate, hop-off and come inside.

The new base

The new Arcadia island is a 100x100 Radius circular island. just like the old base, an outer wall has been built to protect the rest of the base from the outside however this time around the falling towers have been replaced with just normal castle-like defensive towers. at its center, a large tower rising to roughly 400 blocks high makes up the main structure again housing bedrooms, storage, crafting, and a meeting hall. as the project moves forward a small town will be built up inside the walls offering many shops and services, something I had planned for the original build but never got to do as the build never truly reached a finished state.
