Bakerstown's First High-rise, The Bradberry Building: Built 1889
In the mid 1880s Bakerstown started to really grow and they needed office space and due to demand and the ability to build taller buildings because of steel frame construction, the Bradberry Building was built. Construction started in 1888 and finished early 1889. 52 meters tall, 10 stories, made of orange brick and sandstone it was the tallest office building in the city. The first Two floors are retail that are right and left of the lobby and the rest was office space.
The original building was built during the summer of last year and due to it lacking detail, being really ugly and unrealistic I decided to rebuilt it.

- Rebuilt and moved the location of the first historic skyscraper in Bakertown.
- Destroyed the original building and have an open plot.
