Hello everyone, after days of work (well i guess not DAYS in game, but still), i finally achieved the rework of my Basilica of Neptune (who was an empty shell) and my baths of Agrippa (who was ugly Af).
Disclaimer: The interior design of the basilica and the baths was largely inspired by the work of Theannihilator2 who kindly let me "inspire" myself out of it, you can check it out, as I'm not a interior designer guy, his work is better for that matter. And the column on the sides of the baths were inspired by the baths of Roma antiquae 320 AD (give to caesar what is to caesar).
If you want the other part of the complex, you can check my Pantheon of Rome ;) .
Anyway, tell me what you think and remember to check The annihilator

Well the building seems rigth to me; building Roman stuff is something I also do often but I would like to know - is this a historical building or something you created yourself; because it doesn't look like a basilica to me - a basilica is (in classical age - later they became churches) a markethall - also no walls just pillars and a big cool roof. What you build seems to be a thermae - also a bath. However I like.
For you question, this is a real building (according to source, i can't guarantee 100% that it looked like that). But a basilica in Roman time was different from what it was in medieval and modern era. Where in recent time a Basilica is a Church with a special status (generally consecrated because they are pilgrimage sites), while in Roman era, a basilica is simply a covered space that can host political, economical, religious, etc.. event. (this is what i understood from Wikipedia, but i believe the guy who wrote that know more than i do).
Hope that help.
That's what I said - the classical Age is the Roman & Greek Age until the seperation of the two ROman Empires.
