It was located on the Street Betetnhäuser Straße in the historic district Unterneustadt. and was destroyed during the British air raids on the 22th. octobre 1943 which targeted the Old town, the new town, Unterneustadt, Nordstadt and the districts around Kassel, (Waldau,Kirchditmold,Niederzwehren,Oberzwehren,Nordshausen,Bettenhausen)
