A journey to Rapture was a one way trip, those of didn't make it to the top couldn't leave and had little choices, the worst place to go in the city was paupers drop.

Paupers Drop was one of the Atlantic express old maintenance sections for the line before it was converted into "low cost" housing by Sinclair and had a hotel built there

I've added extra shops and areas that were aren't explore able in the game and i had to take a couple of creative liberties with the Sinclair Deluxe
