even at the bottom of the Atlantic, people will still want to shop, Fort Frolic is Raptures main shopping center and was overseen by Ryan's favorite artist, sander Cohan, it contained many shops,drinking lounges and a large theater called fleet hall. the fort a;so connected to an additional shopping center called Poseidon plaza, which contained record stores, casinos and strip clubs

I've added space for shops that were unexplored-able in the game and added a back stage for fleet hall
