Based on the fact that you can now detect when a player is holding a specific thing in a specific slot, I decided to create a chat menu that can be pulled up by anything, in this case an enchanted book. It is also run with triggers, so you don't have to worry about being opped to use it. :3

Note: This is made for minecraft 1.8, always make sure to use the latest snapshot. Also make sure to enable command blocks if running it on a server!
