Alas! Many updates into the future, The Oasis is finally complete! Before the apocalypse, the Oasis was a simple power plant (Based off of Dominion Energy in Providence RI). Now, the Oasis serves as the main base of operations to a group known as the Sanctified. This facility serves as more than just a simple base for raiders, as it's a self sustaining community in it's own name! A massive overground compound as well as a massive underground bunker, this community has it's own markets, shopping district, housing units, cafeteria, and more! It is in extremely close proximity to Agway Village and has numerous outposts, the closest being Tech Center. Credit to Le_Corbloc for the original shell!
