I very nice looking spawn we made for a Factions server. This is completely functional and perfect CHUNK friendly to use zones.

There us a shop under the main spawn - lovely top areas for donators or extra rooms and room to expand in the corners.

may make you 100 % more awesome having a spawn that doesnt look like crap.
