Bunker. Main rooms: kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. It's not very big (you could even say it's small), but it can definitely stop the zombie apocalypse :) The entrance to the bunker is located next to the tree. The main effort was put into the bedroom (you can even see it in the pictures/screenshots), this is due to the fact that it was the first room.
